The Dowling Family (DMTL Management) have been Hoteliers in Australia for over 80 years. Multiple Award winner at Australian Hotel Association Awards for Excellence in the Northern Territory Awards, Queensland Awards and National Awards.
Our group is passionate about the building and development of the hospitality infrastructure, in particular establishing new premises in emerging suburbs. We offer business strategy and planning, construction, design and fit out management along with finance management.
At DMTL Management we know the importance of relationship building. Not only with patrons but with all those who help the wheels keep turning. From landlords, contractors, staffing, customers, all the way through to the technology that helps keep our venues trading both economically and efficiently for all.
